How's the commute from 155 Neptune Dr to Bay St?

I'm considering moving to 155 Neptune Dr and want to hear about the daily commute to Bay St. How reliable is the TTC from there? Also, is it reasonable to live car-free in the area with decent walkability and access to transit? Any insights would be appreciated!
