How connected is 6040 Bathurst St to the rest of the city

I'm looking at 6040 Bathurst St for a transit-friendly lifestyle. How's the TTC access? Is it easy to get to downtown or Union Station from here? Also, is it a walkable area for daily errands? Thanks for any insights!
