Seriously considering 485 Kingston Rd, what should I know?

I'm really intrigued by 485 Kingston Rd and the vibe I see in pictures. How's the area for transit, especially access to the TTC? Also, any thoughts on local groceries or dining options nearby? Would love some real input on what living there is like day to day.
