How's the Rosehill Ave area for rentals? Any tips?

I'm thinking about moving to the Rosehill Ave area in Toronto and would love to hear from anyone who's living there. What are the rent prices like? How's the transit access, and is it a safe neighborhood? Also, what's the community vibe like? Any advice would be appreciated!
