How's the commute from 1930 Weston Rd to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 1930 Weston Rd and I'm curious about the commute. How long does it typically take to get downtown on the TTC? Also, is the area walkable for daily errands without a car? Any insights would be super helpful!
