Thinking of renting near 263 Pharmacy Ave, is the area worth it?

I'm really liking what I see about 263 Pharmacy Ave and the amenities listed, but I’d love to hear from anyone who knows more about the vibe in the area. How’s the TTC access around there, and are there good grocery stores or restaurants nearby? Any insights would be appreciated!
