Moving a Few Boxes in Toronto — Need Advice!

Hey everyone! I'm just moving a studio apartment and only have like 10 boxes and a bed. Is it worth hiring movers for a tiny move? I’ve heard of some small moving companies in Toronto, but I’m not sure if I should go that route or just get a couple of friends to help. Any tips?
