How's the commute from 620 Martin Grove Rd to downtown?

I'm considering moving to 620 Martin Grove Rd and want to know what the daily commute to downtown is like using the TTC. Is it manageable, or should I prepare for long travel times? Also, can I live car-free there without issues?
