Landlord wants to enter weekly for 'inspections' - is this normal?

My landlord has notified me that he wants to enter my condo every week for 'inspections.' I've never rented before, so I'm unsure if this is standard practice or a red flag. Should I be worried about my privacy here? Am I being naive?
