Thinking of renting near 37 Oriole Rd, is the area worth it?

I’m excited about the possibility of moving to 37 Oriole Rd! The photos look great, but I’d love to hear about the area vibe. Is there decent transit nearby, and what are some good grocery stores or restaurants? What’s the neighborhood character like overall?
