How's the vibe around 2 Glen Elm Ave?

I'm thinking about moving to the area around 2 Glen Elm Ave and I'm curious about the neighborhood vibe. How walkable is it, and are there good local amenities? Also, what's the TTC access like for commuting around the city? Any advice would be appreciated!
