How's the commute from 83 Indian Rd to the Financial District?

I'm considering moving to 83 Indian Rd and want to know how feasible the commute is to the Financial District. What's the transit like? Are there good TTC options nearby? Would love to hear from anyone who bikes or takes public transit daily.
