Curious About Toronto Rental Competition in 2025

I've been considering a job change and possibly relocating within Toronto. Are bidding wars still a thing in the rental market this year? Do people still need to offer more than the listed rent, or has the market cooled down? Just trying to get a sense of the current competition!
