Close to picking 10 Grenoble Dr, what's that area actually like?

I'm really excited about the potential of renting at 10 Grenoble Dr! The photos look great, but I'm curious about the vibe in the area. How's the transit around there? Are there good groceries and eateries nearby? Just want to get a feel for living there day-to-day.
