Strolling around 127 Broadway Ave lately, what’s new in the area?

I've been noticing a lot of changes in the area around 127 Broadway Ave. The new cafes popping up have me curious. How’s the transit access around there, and are there any local gems that might not be on Google Maps? Always loved exploring neighborhoods with a bit of character.
