Looking at 100 Browns Line for quick access to the subway and downtown

Hey folks, I'm considering a place at 100 Browns Line. How's the walk to the nearest TTC station? I'm hoping to cut my commute downtown to a reasonable time, and bike lanes would be a plus! Any thoughts on connecting to Union Station or GO trains from here?
