Is living at 2001 Bloor St W good for TTC access to downtown?

I'm considering a move to 2001 Bloor St W and need to know how easy it is to get to downtown via the subway. Are there reliable streetcar and bus options nearby? Also, how's the bike lane situation if I choose to cycle? Any thoughts on the overall walkability in the area?
