Shocked by Rent Increases and Parking Costs in Toronto

I can't believe the staggering rent increase! My current apartment feels like a bargain now—I'm seeing listings that are 30-50% more! Why is it that the same building charges different rents? I just found out parking can add another $200-$300 monthly! Turnover rent spike is insane!
