Looking at 191 St George St for access to downtown via transit

I’m considering moving to 191 St George St and I’m curious about getting to places like the hospitals or the George Brown College. How easy is it to catch the subway or streetcar nearby? Also, are there bike lanes that make cycling a good option for getting around downtown? Thanks!
