Any recommendations for restaurants near 27 Walmer Rd?

I’m checking out 27 Walmer Rd and am intrigued by the area. It seems like there are some cool local spots nearby, but I'm mostly curious about the food scene. Also, how's the access to transit? I need to be able to hop on the TTC easily for work.
