Looking at 24 Tyndall Ave — good transit for downtown commute?

I'm considering 24 Tyndall Ave and need to know how convenient it is for getting to downtown. What's the nearest subway or streetcar stop? Also, how's the walk to Union Station? I love biking, so are there decent bike lanes nearby? Your insights would really help!
