Confused About Packing Services for My Toronto Move!

I’m feeling super overwhelmed with my upcoming move in Toronto. My lease is ending soon, and I'm not sure if I should hire movers and packers together or just get packing help. Is it worth paying for packing services? I’m terrible at packing and have too much stuff! Any tips would be appreciated!
