The area around 2703 St Clair Ave E seems to be really up-and-coming

I'm noticing a lot of new cafes and shops popping up near 2703 St Clair Ave E, which is exciting. How easy is it to get around on public transit? Also, what's the walkability like in that area? Thinking this could be a nice spot to settle down.
