Is 34 Dixington Cres good for a downtown commute on the TTC?

I’m considering 34 Dixington Cres and want to know about the nearby transit options. How easy is it to get to downtown? Are there good bus or subway connections? I rely on the TTC and really want to avoid long transfers or delays during peak hours!
