Recently spotted 1001 Lawrence Ave E and it caught my eye

Looking at 1001 Lawrence Ave E for my next place. I love that it's close to the Lawrence East TTC station, but I'm curious about walkability in the area. Are there any good local shops or parks nearby? Just trying to get a feel for daily life around here.
