Checking out 675 Kennedy Rd for easy transit to downtown toronto

I’m considering renting at 675 Kennedy Rd and am curious about the transit options. How quickly can I get downtown for work? I rely on the TTC and want to know if the bus or streetcar is an easy walk from there. Any insights on bike lanes for getting around too?
