Spotted 400 Mccowan Rd—any takes on nearby parks or transit stops?

I'm looking at 400 Mccowan Rd and I noticed it's close to some parks like the Scarborough Bluffs. How's the access to TTC around there? I want to stay active and prefer a walkable area with good transit options nearby.
