Need input on Yorkville rental prices for small 1-bedroom

I'm considering moving to Yorkville and found a small 1-bedroom for $2800/month. Does that sound reasonable for the area? I love being close to amenities and transit, but I've never lived there before. Any advice or experiences would be really appreciated!
