Anyone know transit options around 2305 Lake Shore Blvd W for downtown work?

I'm considering a place at 2305 Lake Shore Blvd W and really need to know how easy it is to get downtown. What’s the streetcar or bus situation like? I’d also love to know about bike lanes nearby and walkability for quick trips. Thanks!
