Is 200 Madison Ave good for downtown commutes by TTC?

Looking at 200 Madison Ave for a short stay. I'm curious about how easy it is to hop on the subway or streetcar nearby for my daily trips downtown. What’s it like walking to transit from there? Any insight on the bike lanes for cycling into the city would be helpful too!
