Looking into transit options from 1 Clarendon Ave for downtown work

I’m considering 1 Clarendon Ave and want to know more about how easy it is to get to downtown Toronto for work. What’s the nearest subway or streetcar stop? Any bike lanes around for a safe ride downtown? Appreciate any thoughts on walkability too!
