Is 225 Morningside Ave good for getting to downtown by TTC?

Thinking about living at 225 Morningside Ave and curious about the TTC options for getting downtown. How's the bus service in the area, and what's the walking distance to any subway stations? I rely on public transit for work, so any insights on commute times would be great!
