Living near 26 Thorncliffe Park Dr: is the transit to downtown seamless?

I'm looking at 26 Thorncliffe Park Dr and want to ensure I can get downtown easily. How’s the bus service from here for a quick trip to Union Station? Also, are there bike lanes nearby for those nice days? Any feedback would be appreciated!
