Curious about life near 100 High Park Ave with kids in tow

I'm really excited about the idea of moving to 100 High Park Ave! It looks like a great spot for kids, but can anyone share insights on the nearby schools and the overall safety of the area? Also, how's the access to groceries and transit, especially on Bloor Street?
