Just signed a summer lease in Toronto, but I've come across some odd clauses—like the landlord wanting access to my unit weekly for ‘maintenance’ even if it’s fine. Is this standard practice? Curious how much leeway I have in discussing these odd requests with my landlord! Any tips?
