3355 Weston Rd and getting to downtown – any tips?

Thinking of moving to 3355 Weston Rd and curious about what my daily trip to downtown would look like. How’s the bus access for peak hours? Any bike lanes nearby for a ride to the subway? I really want to keep my commute smooth and quick without a car.
