Impressions of living at 4 Overland Dr in toronto?

Looking at 4 Overland Dr and really liking what I see, especially the nearby parks! Can anyone share what the community is like? How's access to transit around there, and are there grocery options close by? Also, how much does parking usually add to the rent? Thanks!
