Is it worth commuting from Mississauga to Toronto for work?

I'm considering a move to Mississauga while working in Toronto. The rent is more affordable, but I'm unsure if the daily commute is worth the savings. Can anyone share their experiences taking the GO Train to Toronto? How do you manage work-life balance when commuting from Mississauga?
