Hey everyone, how safe is our neighborhood at night?

I've been thinking about how safe it feels to walk around here after dark. Anyone experienced any issues with break-ins or theft? Also, how secure is our building? Can we trust the bike storage? Just trying to get a feel for what everyone thinks.
