Looking at 855 Millwood Rd for transit options to downtown jobs

Curious about the transit scene from 855 Millwood Rd! I’m particularly interested in how quick the trip is to downtown via TTC, especially around rush hour. Are there good bike lanes around, or is the area more suited for walking? Any insight on family-friendly routes would be great!
