Is 855 Roselawn Ave good for getting to yonge and eglinton via TTC

I'm considering a short stay at 855 Roselawn Ave and need to get to Yonge and Eglinton for work. What's the TTC situation like for that ride? Also, how's the walking distance to the nearest stop? Any bike lanes that can make that easier? Thanks!
