Just spotted 10 Chichester Pl and curious about local hangouts

I'm eyeing 10 Chichester Pl since it seems to have good transit access. What's nearby in terms of cafes or parks? Also, how walkable is it for a student? Looking for places where I can chill when I'm not studying!
