4875 Dundas St W and the nearby parks - are they worth exploring?

I've been eyeing 4875 Dundas St W and noticed it's pretty close to some parks. Are there any good walking trails or green spaces nearby? Also, how's the TTC access in that area? I’m looking for a place with some nature without being too far from transit options.
