166 Carlton St: does it feel like a busy urban core or more chill?

I’m checking out 166 Carlton St because it seems central, but I’d love to know if the area around there feels super bustling or if it has some quieter spots. Also, what’s the transit scene like in that part of town? Local cafés and parks are key for me!
