Curious about the community at 270 Sheldon Ave and nearby amenities

I’m really liking 270 Sheldon Ave but want to hear more about the neighborhood. How’s the area for transit? Also, what nearby grocery stores or restaurants do you recommend? I’m excited to find my first place but need a bit more clarity on the local scene!
