$2300 for 1BR in Queen West - good deal or overpriced?

I found a 1BR for $2300 in Queen West. The unit has a modern kitchen and in-suite laundry, which is great, but I'm unsure if the price reflects the current market. Is this a good deal or am I missing something? Feedback appreciated!
