Living near 4301 Kingston Rd — is transit reliable for downtown trips?

I'm considering moving to 4301 Kingston Rd and curious about transit options for commuting downtown. How’s the bus service around there, especially during rush hour? Also, are there good bike lanes nearby for those days I prefer cycling? Any tips on walkability would be great too!
