90 James St and the nearby parks — is it a green oasis in the city?

I’m looking at 90 James St and can't help but wonder about the green spaces nearby. Are there decent parks to chill in or take a stroll? Also, what's the walking scene like around there? I'm hoping for a bit of nature mixed with city life!
