Thinking about 4100 Lawrence Ave E for my downtown commute

I'm looking at 4100 Lawrence Ave E and wondering how the TTC works for a daily trip to downtown. Are there reliable bus routes close by? I also ride my bike sometimes, so how are the bike lanes in the area? Any tips on the commute or walk to transit would be awesome!
