Great amenities near 231 Vaughan Rd but how's the transit access?

I'm checking out 231 Vaughan Rd and I'm intrigued by the amenities nearby. The walkability looks promising, but I'm curious about how easy it is to access TTC from that spot. Do people tend to rely on transit in that area? Any tips on what to look out for there?
